Just wondering if anyone has had any pointers or input about buying a vacation rental. Good idea? Bad idea? I'm looking to possibly buy a VRBO in Cannon Beach, OR. The area is Section 8 so financing will be interesting. Any advice or input would be appreciated! Thank you!
