Hard to refi a rental property?

We'll be refinancing our main home and pulling enough cash out to pay off a rental property (our first). We'll then refi the first rental to purchase another buy and hold rental. My question is, should I expect additional hoops to jump through when refinancing the first rental, even though we'll own it free and clear?
