Accuracy of Zillow Home Value Forecast

Is there any findings on the accuracy of Zillow Home Value Forecast?

For example last year Zillow said Dallas will appreciate and this year I am reading that it has appreciated a lot compared to other cities.

I am looking for a broader results about accuracy of the forecast.

Zillow's "Zestimate' of value can easily be way off.  Zillow is not likely to forecast future values any better than any other knowledgeable source.
