Good afternoon I am looking to get started into the real estate investing. I am thinking of starting off with private lenders money, any advice would be appreciated. Here are some of the questions that come to mind when I ask an family member or investor for money. How can I Guarantee my private investor that they will receive there money back after the first deal? How do i even approach private investor? What kind of return should I offer the investor?
