Hello BP investors! Have you worked with an agent that ended up being effectively useless, or more trouble than they were worth? How about an agent that made an incredible mistake that cost you a deal? Maybe an agent that was impossible or difficult to work with?
What makes a "bad" agent?
I'm in my third week of sales licensure classes, and would like to focus on working with investors once I get my license. So, as part of my preparation, I would love to hear about "what NOT to do". No names of agents or brokers need be mentioned, I'm interested only in learning through anecdote of circumstance or situation.
