30 year fixed or ARM?
Hi,
I am looking into refinancing my first investment property to cash out some equity to purchase another rental property.
Should I play it safe and take out a 30 year mortgage or try and get a lower rate with an ARM? I plan to have the property for long term. I am torn between locking in a higher rate for 30 years if we may refinance again in the future.
