Anybody have the Kent Clothier Vacant properties Software?

Hey everyone. 

I have a quick questions. Does someone out there have the Kent Clothier Vacant property software. 

I am interested in possibly paying someone for a list of those properties in my particular area instead of having to buy the whole software? 

If someone on here has it and would be willing to price me out a list that would be amazing.
