Funding for Real Estate Deals
I should know better but, I was hoping someone on BP used Faris Mohammed Al Mazrouei with Success. Solicitation came from funding@adfdaibiz. Request for Cash up front to evaluate a request for a Loan is a Red Flag to me. I give money to Title Attorneys or Appraisal Services companies etc. not to Lenders prior to making or even approval of a Loan. Your thoughts.
