Buying first property

I am closing on my first rental property in Atlanta soon. I paid cash to win the deal, but would like to finance it at some time. What are some strategies, timelines etc. to make the most out of my situation? The house needs very little work and can be rented quickly.

Thanks for your help!

Congratulations!  I would start speaking with local banks about financing terms.
