If you had $1M in equity, what would be your strategy to invest in multi-family assets?

- Fixer-uppers?

- Cash flowing?

- Leverage an asset as high as it will go?

And why?

Rich Weese posted a thread on $1 Million Dollars - that he had to put into an investment, and was taking suggestions and offers. He received the suggestion that Jon made - transactional funding - from a couple of people. And he has partnered with Will Barnard (nationwidepi is his handle on BP) to provide this funding. Mainly because the returns are "EXORBITANT" (that's Rich's word).

How long will that be a "hot" thing to do? As long as short sales and REO flips are hot. If you want a longer term investment, then this might not be for you. Or do the transactional funding for your short term gains, and when things cool down in short sales and REO then look elsewhere.
