Getting apartment in Bayonne NJ

Hi,

I am looking to invest in an apartment in Bayonne NJ in a month or two. This is the area that is still the least expensive and pretty close to NY city. Why is it so? Do you think this is the right time to buy and rent out?

@Ewa Kozlowski where you purchase depends on your budget or what you qualify for.  Bayonne has not kept up with other areas of Hudson because of it's long commute times into the city.  It may be close, but just because you can see Manhattan from there doesn't mean it's easy to get back and forth. Because of that it won't attract the same level of potential tenants as other towns.
