Meeting FHA Requirements

Hi BP

I am currently seeking a multi-family using an FHA Loan. I will reside in one of the units and rent all other units. My questions is...how long do I need to reside in the property in order to meet the FHA requirements? I look to move out the property and buy another multi-family.
