Software to tracking portfolio performance

Hi all!

2 years since my latest post.. Long time no see.

I now have a portfolio with 6 apartments in different complexes.

Been tracking the performance in of each apartment in an Excel sheet, but this has become more and more complex.

Does any of you know of a good software (SaaS) that can help tracking performance?

I am not searching for a property management software.

Many thanks!

For those that don't know SaaS is Software as a Service

The model is like that of Office 365 subscriptions.
