Financial Modeling Tips

Hello, With just an undergraduate degree in Economics, with one Real Estate course completed (undergraduate), how would anyone suggest I learn intensive financial modeling skills in Excel without having to get my masters? I've been working in real estate for years in sourcing and development, but I just graduated last year and it seems all entry level analyst positions, for obvious reasons, require skills to underwrite deals for acquisitions and be able to build complex financial models, including DCF and basic cash flow modeling. I'm pretty good with excel but not intermediate in the finance terminology needed and most importantly how to build complex financial models to analyze deals brought in through originations. Anyone have resources or tips on how to teach myself these skills and learn to model? Been exploring courses on Udemy and attempting watching videos on YouTube but I feel im missing an important course. Willing to spend some money online but not looking for a timely masters degree. Any input is appreciated. B
