New Center/Milwaukee Junction Detroit

I am an investor/developer from California who specializes in out of state deals in the Mid West. My team recently came across an interesting property just South of New Center in Milwaukee Junction. I am curious if there are any real estate professionals in Detroit that could help me get a better understanding of the area and its potential.
