Do I leave my hot tub?
So I have had rentals but never had one with a hot tub. I'm getting ready to turn my home into a rental as I'm house hacking another home in June. I am thinking I want to remove the hot tub as well as the swing set to reduce my liability and risk. Do I really need to? Thoughts?
