Need Some Help Please
Need some help please, I want to buy a condo in Puerto Rico and put it in a company not sure in LLC or S Corp. The over all goal is move my 3 rental properties from California into the company in PR. Then retire in 5years and move out there to live and retire and pay 4% tax. I know setting up the business structure is the first step. If anyone can take so time to reach out it would most appreciated. Thanks for your time again.
