I ran across this article from CNBC and think it would be interesting for everybody to see. This is based on 1 year appreciation of the home price based on zillow.com.

Problem is all these surveys are based off different things, theres several different surveys out and they all have different places and such. plus zillow is almost pointless with there zestimate is completely wrong in most areas ive seen, I would sell any of the properties i have for 10% less than the zestimate shows there worth.

correct, but these surveys dont do every neighborhood, so to that argument these surveys dont mean crap.

Philadelphia is without a doubt a great place to invest!!!  Just make sure you know which areas....
