Investing in Newburgh NY
Hi, I am a first time investor from Brooklyn, NY. I'am a real estate broker out here but still can't seem to get a deal that makes sense with the markets being so oversaturated. I came across Newburgh NY and looks like theres plenty of potential up here, though I've read that its a 'war zone'. I'll be going up there with my brother next weekend to look at a few properties. Wanted to reach out to anyone that has extensive experience out there that wouldn't mind letting me pick their brains a bit. Thank in advance!
