What would you do with $160k cash?
Relatively new to REI, but want to jump in further and I have some liquid assets ($160k) I'd like to put into RE. Was thinking 3 smaller dollar amount rentals since the riskier investments kinda scare me with my lack of knowledge at this point. What kind of deals would you do with that money?
