Grants/loans for neighborhood revitalization
I've been in conversation with other investors and we were talking about neighborhoods that are run down. We were talking about 2 in particular here in Birmingham AL. I've often heard of grants to do this but never knew anyone that had one granted.
Can anyone shed some light on this subject?
