Hello, does anyone have experience with the Commission for Historical and Architectural Preservation (CHAP) credit in Baltimore City? How does it work in application and what are the key questions to ask the seller? Many thanks!

I have no experience with this. And I don't think I want to. I don't want some nit-picky bureaucrat making decision on how I have to renovate a property.  Especially where lead paint is concerned.
