Need advice on financing
I'm currently 19 in the military and have little to nothing saved up. Was looking towards turnkey properties for starting up but it'd take me quite some time to save up the 10-20% down. I've thought about taking the route of seller financing but didn't know I'd that was a wise decision. If anybody has advice or wisdom I'd greatly appreciate it!
