New to this site and In need of help!
Hello my name is Scott Purtan. So i may have made a few bad decisions along the way. I have 2 rentals and the property i live on. 2 of these are completely paid off. I have about 600,000.00 in these two properties. I need to fix the one so i can rent it out. Do not want to sell any of the properties and would like to buy more to either flip or rent out. My credit is fair. I am a member of invstr.com and nothing has come out to bite me there. What are my choices?
