Anybody use ROIPGM for turnkey acquisitions?
Hey guys!
So I came across this turnkey provider ROIPGM while listening to a podcast on the BAMA market. I was wondering if anybody on here has used them before?

Hi Folks,
I just spent the past week meeting with 3 turnkey providers in Huntsville, Birmingham, and Montgomery areas. ROIPGM was one of the providers I met with.
I am new to REI and this was my first trip visiting turnkey providers. The purpose of my trip was to see markets I plan on investing in, meet the different turnkey providers, and compare their process and products. I specifically asked them to show me the following:
A) Recently acquired properties (pre rehab)
B) Properties currently being rehabbed
C) Properties that were complete (post rehab)
Basically, the entire lifecycle from acquisition to tenant placement.
ROIPGM took me on a tour of their properties in Huntsville and Montgomery. They have properties in Birmingham but we didn't see them due to time constraints and low inventory.
I was impressed with ROIPGM's methodology and products. They were very knowledgeable and it was clear they had a lot experience in this business. They showed me C-'s all the way to As. What I like most about them is that they are very conservative with their property classification. For example, their C's were more like other Turnkey providers B's.
I plan on purchasing two properties from them this week: One Huntsville and one in Montgomery.
They are definitely legit and have a good solid product. They are also an affiliate of the RealWealthNetwork which is why I reached out to them in the first place.
Let me know if you have any other specific questions about them! If you have questions about the other two providers, please message me directly.
I hope that helps!
