203(k) Contractor troubles. Advice ?
I purchased a duplex in Buffalo, NY using a 203(k) rehab loan. I received a referral from a family friend with 30+ years in the industry as a general contractor, unfortunately, the referred contractor has been a disaster. Without going into too much detail I am hoping to receive advice or referrals to lawyers with specific experience in pursing these maters legally.
