Cash for keys incentive program
I've heard about renters destroying a rental when they leave but never saw it firsthand until today. Looked a duplex to buy and last tenant ripped doors off cupboards, punched holes in drywall, etc. Made me remember reading about cash for keys program to hopefully never having that happen to me. Curious if others have done similar. What incentive they offered and did it lead to good results? Would love to hear experiences.
