How do I propose what I want from my Realtor?

Ok so I met a Broker in Atlanta a couple of months ago. I've just now decided what I really want to do as far as my plan. Which is househack. So I want to see if he could help me put offers in on listings that come across his table. How do I propose this to him and where could he benefit from it ?

Orally, and he'll get right to it when he can. He can benefit from getting commission on closing day. Not sure if this is the answer you're looking for.
