Looking for a price per acre source.
I'm considering an investment that includes a 5 acre parcel. It has several structures, one of which is residential, and I am trying to find average price per acre in at least my state. Land with improvements (water and sewer) average higher than agr zoned land, however I can only seem to find agr price per acre numbers. Any sources you use would be great
