I am looking to get some information on a neighborhood on the Northside of Jacksonville, FL. Does anyone here have any rentals in the San Mateo neighborhood? I have researched the neighborhood but believe a locals opinion may be more valuable. My research has yielded inconsistent data so I am looking for some clarity. Thanks!
