Any recommendations for a good CPA / Lawyer?

Hello All!

I have called up a few CPAs and lawyers but they don't have much experience working with RE investors.

Have you guys worked with any  great CPAs and/ or lawyers that work with real estate investors?

I'm in Orange County, NY- in the Hudson Valley/ Central Valley region.
