Investor Needed For First Time Purchase

Hello all! This may be a long shot...but I'm hoping to find an investor to help me purchase my first home. A little about me. I'm a real estate blogger & make a good income, have okay credit but not high enough scores to get a loan to purchase. With a disabled family, I'm the sole supporter & frankly tired of having to move around due to the owners wanting to sell their rentals. To some investors $150k to $200k isn't so much & to some it's too much. That's about what I'm looking at. It would be in Idaho, either build on land or a home already on the land. I can care for the home and do all the fixing up if need be, I just need the backing financially. If there's anyone out there willing to work up a deal with me on this please let me know. I'm open to hearing your advice & assistance. Thank you. : ) Kristine
