Cost to Convert First Floor of Garage Apartment
Hi BP members! Can anyone give me a ballpark idea of what it would cost to convert the first floor of an existing garage apartment into a one bedroom/efficiency apartment? The size will be approximately 650 square feet. I understand there will be many variables that would impact cost, but I am looking for a general idea.
