Advice on partnership

Hi BP community,

I am a beginner real estate investor. I have done two deals using BRRR so far that went pretty well.

After hearing of my successes, an old friend who is now very wealthy has gotten in contact with me. He wishes to invest and would like to partner with me to do so. He would be money only, no involvement. I also have a partner who handles the people, while I focus on the strategy and numbers.

We have discussed setting up an LLC to hold the properties that would be owned by the three of us. I am wondering what the most fair way to divide equity in the LLC would be?
