I'm in the middle of closing on a multi family in northern Woonsocket, RI with a lot that spans into Blackstone, MA.

@Terry Dolson there is a Rhode Island real estate investors group that’s been running since 2003; I’ve been a member since that time and do recommend it. They meet twice a month now - online Zoom meetings due to the pandemic - with one meeting on the first Thursday of the month for beginners open to anyone, and another meeting on the third Thursday that has a guest speaker/topic for just members.
