I am newbie living in Sydney, still on fase 1 studing 2h per day and reading as much as possible, BiggerPockets is where I have been taking more inf from webinars, forums and of course the podcasts, but I am a bit concern and you guys might be able to help me.
As you know Australian Real Estate market is slight different than in States, I was wondering if the great calculators that BiggerPockets offer can be used here as well, and about all the inf that I am getting every day from the forums and podcast how can I filter what would be usefull for the Australian Market.
