Me and my brother are looking to start a real estate llc investment company...my bro is an accountant for an established real estate llc in Chicago involved in bigger deals 25+ unit bldg...I have a degree in construction management but currently work as a cnc programmer.. what advice can the bigger pocket community give us on starting and what kind of deals should we begin with...our strategy we're thinking of is buy and hold with the brrr method... single family, multi, or condos in the city or suburbs?
