Texas: Lets connect!

Hi everyone! I'm actively searching for rental properties in Texas and I'm looking to connect with real estate agents, wholesalers, lenders and property managers to help build my team. Please let me know who you recommend I work with (or who I shouldn't work with!).

... I know Texas is a big place, but I haven't narrowed my search down any further. Basically I'm looking at Houston, San Antonio, Austin, Round Rock, Fort Worth and Dallas. If there's a good deal to be had I will consider it.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and recommendations! R

Hey @Rachel Steenland@Sterling Williams has been hunting deals for buyers all year. He's on top of everything that comes on MLS and has taken care of every buyer I've sent his way.

Side note: I miss having a Dunkin Donuts on every corner.

Thanks for the tip @Tim Macy

I used to live in California and I miss Philz coffee haha

Hey @Rachel Steenland ! @Tim Macy is a great guy as well as Sterling! I use to live in San Antonio but moved to Dallas and have been taking the Dallas market under storm ever since. I'd highly recommend either of them if you're looking at San Antonio.

Hi @Kenneth McKeown That’s great to hear- thanks!

I’m actually looking to get my first deal in Texas and I’m looking state wide. Do you focus on the Dallas area or elsewhere too?

@Kenneth McKeown That’s fantastic! If I make it to Dallas I’d love to meet up for lunch to discuss what you’re doing!

I have been eyeing on Texas for a while , lobbuck , San Antonio , Houston any city best for investors?

Rachel, I live and invest in Round Rock--north of Austin. Let me know if there is any way I can help. I'm into as many projects as I can handle right now, but if you need someone to walk a property for you, I could be available for that.

@Kenneth McKeown is another agent that has picked up some good rental deals in his area of North Dallas which is pretty competitive!

Hey @Rachel Steenland , reach out to @Diego G.   He's an agent in my office that works exclusively with investors.  He is also an investor himself.

Anyone can Recomend a good property management company in Arlington Texas?
