an opportunity has come up in Fresno, CA and I wanted some feedback. the opportunity is to buy land for cheap and build new construction homes and sell them. How's the real estate market? Will the new homes sell for $500k+? considering it's a 3500+ sq ft and has a separate spice kitchen?
