I'm a real estate agent looking to work with an investor
Greetings Bigger Pockets community. I am new to the community and wanted to jump start my real estate investing career. I have experience and currently work as a real estate agent in the Nassau County, NY market. I am skilled at finding properties with good cash flow potential and motivated sellers/buyers. I do not currently have the capital to invest in the profitable real estate deals I have researched, therefore I am looking for an investor who would like to partner with me. I have the time, resources, and knowledge to handle all the other nuts and bolts of the investing. What is the best way to find an investor?
