Building a birddog network
I am looking to build relationships and seek out bird dogs to work with.
I am aware that 9 out of 10 bird dogs will probably never pan out, however, I am looking to build some sort of system or program to work with them.
What are other investors currently paying their birddogs? Percentages of deals? Flat fees?
How do you keep your birddogs engaged also?
