What’s important to you when analyzing a market?
Very new to investing (interested in multifamily) and just want to hear about how people analyze the market they want to invest in. What are the key components you study/look for (rent prices, trends, etc.)? Just curious what different people find important/helpful when analyzing a market they want to invest in. Any feedback is appreciated!
