How to search property records?

Does anyone use an alternative database to CoStar for getting Commercial Real Estate property sale information? We're looking into a new database - Reonomy. It looks good. Very user friendly. Automated.

Does anyone have any feedback on it, or other forums?

What type of information are you looking for in particular? There's njtaxrecords.com, the open pubilc records website for NJ, loopnet, NETRonline.net, NJ Business Gateway... depends what you need to find out.

Thanks. I am familiar with these as well, but I am looking for something automated, that can pull records on a larger scale. The fastest and most efficient way of doing that, is what I'm looking for.
