Regarding Investor Post cards
I just have a quick question. I am a Realtor and interested in doing wholesale and flipping. I would like to know if I should disclose that I am a realtor when mailing yellow post cards and letters to property owners. I believe that I do need to disclosed that. Any one can share an example how that would look like?I would greatly appreciate it, thanks.
