ISO Responsibilities of Rental Property Ownership
I've been looking for an article that can give me a little description of the types of responsibilities I'll have after buying a rental property. I plan to use property management because as the business grow I know I'll eventually need to. I'm just wondering after hiring a property manager what is left for me other than decision making? If anybody could point me towards an article or give me some advice that'd be great!
