Real Estate Lawyer - California
Hi BP friends,
Can anyone recommend a lawyer who specializes in real estate investing? I am a California residence who's looking to set up an LLC to cover a few out-of-state rental properties. Initially we need help with setting up LLC but also want a lawyer we can go to for any legal advice that might be needed down the road.
Another question, I am also trying to set up trust&will. Typically will it be a different type of lawyer than the real estate one? Looking for referrals on this trust&will lawyer as well.
