Location help in Las Vegas
I am interested in some rental properties (SFR & Multi) in these areas in Las Vegas. The initial analysis looks good on paper, but I am not too familiar with these location, so I am wondering how good or bad these locations are in terms of for rental.
89101 close to downtown area
89121 NE side of the highway 515
