Hi, I have heard of people finding list of people with lots of equity in their homes or people over 50, and am wondering where I would start to find those listings in my local area. My interest is in elderly people who own their property outright and might possibly be interested in owner financing. Any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance!

@nick parks What area are you looking in? 

@Christopher Phillips  An elderly list is a good target. I would suggest age 50 or 60-89, 20+ year ownership, single family home and specify a home value range.

You can also specify Low Financial Stability Scores to find people who are more likely to be motivated sellers.
