How to make offers when buying in a FL land trust?
If you plan to buy a property using a land trust for privacy protection, how do you go about making offers? i.e. Do you create the trust first, and then write offers as the trust? or get the property under contract in your own name and then create the trust / assign the contract to it? Thanks!
