40k a month with just land ?
What if i where to say i turned a 40k a month income from just bare land. What if i also had 1.8 mil initial invested. What if i also was just doing this in one county. what if there is only me, my grandson, and my daughter in law working the entire thing. Would that be considered good. Is there something else that i could do with that initial investment in real estate and turn a better monthly? And, no, of course this is not me,,,, but, its going to be.
